As part of this internationalization effort, BIME PRO has established a Network of Latin American Representatives hailing from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.  Our Delegate Network (comprising journalists, cultural managers, artist managers, and promoters) is also touching down at BIME PRO to take part in the joint event with the AMCS and serve as ambassadors between opposite shores of the Atlantic fostering new business opportunities for the music sector.

Creator of UpssShot, co-founder of Paix Fest, co-founder of the Semillas Naranja Program, CEO of Arepa Music, and creator of CRM Contact Music Industry, Otto has experience as a cultural programmer, lecturer, and buyer/moderator at over 20 music fairs such as Womex, Fimpro, Mica, Fimven, Bomm, Circulart, BIME, and Grammys.  He’s a member of various associations including ADIMI, Grammys, and MMF LATAM.

Pepita García
Cernícalo Producciones

Pepita is the founder of Cernícalo Producciones, association for the promotion of popular, traditional, and ethnic music of Peru and the world.  She was also the creator and director of the Siete Mares Festival (2012-2014) which aimed to position Peruvian artists and disseminate contemporary music acts.  She is a member of the ADIMI and Association of Latin American Music Managers cultural networks.

Claudia Pereira
Claudia Pereira Production

Claudia is an artist agent in Europe and Latin America.  She sets up networks among France, Canada, and Latin America for developing artists in the medium of current musics.  Expert in management, production, and implementation of 360° strategies for artists, musical projects, and LATAM tours, she is also an international event programmer, BioParlante Pro festival staff coordinator, and part of the Buena Onda Music label management.

Alejandra Gomez

Alejandra is the founder and director of Biche, a Bogota-based music production company focusing on creative production, international tours, event management, and strategic planning for alternative Latin music.  She previously worked with Polen Records and has over eight years of experience in band booking and management, specializing in development and internationalization of experimental and avant-garde music.  She is also a member of MMF LATAM and co-founder of the transfeminist collective Todopoderosa.

Eduardo Sempé
Rock y Reggae Producciones

Argentinian promoter and manager, entrepreneur, cultural manager, creator and producer of different musical projects, such as cycles, tours, parties (Fiestas Clandesstinas, D-Lirante, Magica, Mojito Fest) and Festivals (BA Rock, Rock Zone, Buenos Aires Roots among others). Co-founder and Former President of the Latin American Association of Music Managers, ACMMA Director. Director of Rock and Reggae Productions (Administration of Venues, Management Agency, Record Label, Concert and Tour Promoter) and currently developing the Pica Pica project, International Booking focused on Latin America.

Felipe França Gonzalez
Difusa Fronteira

Director and Founder of Difusa Fronteira – Brazil Latin America Cultural Integration Center, which since 2006 has been circulating music, theater, dance, workshops and urban interventions of Latin artistic groups in Brazilian soil and Brazilian groups in other countries of Latin America. Manager of bands like Francisco el Hombre, Felipe is in charge of the booking of the band Beleia, director of the Festival Mucho! and curator of the Contrapedal Fest (both in São Paulo). He is also a partner of the producer Arueira Expresiones Brasileñas.
