BIME PRO

BIME is live music, industry, trends and innovation. An experience where you can create synergies between continents, do business, discover the most promising emerging talents and share knowledge. An international meeting of the music industry that expands its space to reflect on the challenges that drive the future of the sector and the enjoyment of live music with Bogotá as the new headquarters in Latin America.

Since 2013, each year, Bilbao has hosted this meeting in October and from 2022 it will also host it in Bogotá in April. Two cities that become the center of innovation, technology, networking and the future of this sector, as well as being the space to discover the most promising emerging artists through their international showcases.

It is made up of a general program consisting of a series of talks and conferences with professionals from all areas of the creative industries and is also supported by different special activities, among which the following stand out:

  • BIME FESTS: the festival’s congress
  • BIME CAMPUS: the training cycle for students
  • BIME TECH: the reference forum for the events sector
  • BIME START UP!: the start-up meeting aimed at young entrepreneurs
  • ATLANTIC MUSIC CONFERENCES SYMPOSIUM: symposium that brings together up to ten fairs from Ibero-American countries
  • KEYCHANGE: alliance to create a more inclusive music industry

BIME CITY

Two days in which the main halls of the town host more than 40 free showcases every year. A showcase for the professionals of BIME PRO, as well as an appetizing program for the public that vibrates with the bands that in the future will dominate the line ups of all festivals and concert halls. The program is also completed with documentary screenings, art exhibitions and the annual celebration of the Fest Awards, a meeting and celebration place for the greatest exponents of live music, distinguishing the best festivals of each year.
